“I stopped by Pro Muffler & Brake. Traveling from Cedar Springs, Michigan on our way to Texas our muffler began to act up. When I pulled over, not sure where I was, Steak & Shake employees pointed me in your direction. The gentleman at the desk was very kind to us and was quick to get my van serviced. The employee who worked on my van was thorough and patient as I tried to understand the problem and make calls to my mechanic and friend for advice. At no time did I feel like a burden. It was very clear that, not being from the area, I probably would not be a returning customer. That did not matter! I was treated as if I was a family member. Traveling alone with my four daughters I was very grateful that my path led to your company. Your employees definitely took the time to be sure I was confident/comfortable with my van repairs, and that I was confident and secure to continue my travels to Texas.
