Brad joined Pro Muffler & Brake in August 2024 as our new Operations Manager after 30 years of turning a wrench under the hood. His deep experience, combined with numerous ASE Certifications, is the perfect fit for leading and growing the team. He's also great at explaining complex automotive issues to our clients.

Jimmy joined the Pro Muffler & Brake team in 2025, bringing over 20 years of service writing experience to his job. He has a massive customer base that trusts . We also appreciate his willingness to provide oversight & training to the newer mechanics on the team.

When not at work:  He enjoys spending time with his family, hitting the gym, and eating good Italian food. But if you know Jimmy, his true passion is ripping a tune behind the set of his drums.

Founder

Mark started Pro Muffler & Brake Shop back in 1990 to serve all of SW Michigan and the greater Michiana area. Having grown up in these parts, many of his clients have also become good friends. His vision for customer service, integrity and good value has built PMB into what it is today.

When not at work:  As Mark focuses on retirement, you'll find him in his motorhome with his wife of 45 years, by his side.
